Tidal Software Announces First Quarter Results for Fiscal Year 2009

Financials Remain Strong and a Significant Number of New Customers Join Customer Base

PALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/30/08 -- Tidal Software, the leading provider of intelligent automation for IT operations, today announced results for the first quarter of fiscal 2009, ending September 30, 2008. The number of new customers increased over 30% compared to the same quarter last year fueled by strong growth in our new process automation product. Other highlights included growth in professional services for the quarter of 10%, maintenance revenue growth of 14%, and continued profitability.
